In 1996 is ‘n belastingkursus by die finansiële rekordhoudingskursus gevoeg.

AGEKON ACADEMY, CC is situated in South Africa and offer courses to farmers by means of distance education.  The education is supported by an extension service as well as continuous research about agricultural management. It was established in 1995 by Marlize Theunissen to address the need of knowledge about financial record keeping for farmers and their wives. A course on this topic designed by Philip Theunissen is been presented to students by means of distance education. Another course on South African tax was added to the first one during 1996.
